The latest 2022 update: FBReader 2.0 for desktops

FBReader for Mac/Windows/Linux is not beta anymore. We deliver the final 2.0 release. It contains no significant changes; we implemented the most requested minor features.
- Since this version, you can choose the library view style: thumbnails or the book list.
- We completed the UI features, like missing help windows.
- We added new options: monospace font family, mouse wheel action, etc.
- Multiple internal fixes and improvements.
